So I've got this problem with my Ovo Charge Anytime on my Cupra Born. Every time I try to charge, it's such a pain. I keep plugging and unplugging the car over and over until the app finally figures it out and lets me start charging with Ovo.

So earlier today, I thought I'd try deleting the car from the OVO app and adding it back as a new one. It seemed to register okay, but now when I check the dashboard, it says it’s trying to connect to my Cupra. And when I look at the Account tab, it shows that there are no cars registered at all.

Is anyone else having to deal with these OVO issues? It's seriously getting on my nerves!

I've been thinking about getting OVO for my EV as well, and I've read that this has a lot of issues. I guess it's really true. Did you try contacting them?

That’s such a pain, especially when you just want a simple charging experience! Sounds like the app is struggling to sync properly. Have you tried re-installing the app completely or restarting the car’s system? If it keeps acting up, OVO support might be able to sort things out, it’s worth asking them for help before pulling your hair out.

How did you fix it? Did you try restarting both the app and your car's system to see if that helps re-establish the connection with Ovo?
