Cupra Born V3 - Travel Assist Not Working!

So my mom's kicking it in London right now and she went ahead and bought herself a used Cupra Born V3. But, get this, she's all bent outta shape coz she can't figure out how to get the travel assist working. And guess who her go-to for tech support is? Yep, me. Honestly, I'm clueless about this car stuff. I tried hitting up Google but all I found was some dude saying it might not be available in the UK because of the chip shortage mess (about a Pilot Pack missing). Can anyone confirm? Any V3 owners out there? Seriously, I just wanna chill, but Mom's blowing up my phone non-stop.

There might be a way to activate this feature through the OBD11, but I'm not sure if it's compatible. Just have your mom try it.

Oh man, I feel your pain! I’m still figuring out how these features work too. I’ve heard about some models missing features due to chip shortages, could be true for the Travel Assist if her V3 doesn’t have the Pilot Pack.
