How to activate Radio Online Service on My V3?

So we've had our V3 for about 6 weeks, and guess what? We've never been able to use the radio online service because it always says it's deactivated, even though I've never done that myself. Super annoying, right? I mean, I paid for this feature, and it's not even working. Total bummer. Does anyone here know how to activate this thing?

Try connecting your phone to the car's Wi-Fi and using your phone's data plan.

Have you contacted your dealer about this issue? Or has this issue been resolved already?

It's possible that your built-in SIM does not have a data plan activated.
