Hi!
I have connectivity issues with my Born vehicle, because of the license. I had them in the past, but I thought I got them resolved. Anyway, I tried to fix it myself. No result. Went to the dealer, no result. Contacted Cupra tech support, no result. In the end, my dealer said the license was not a service they provide, sell, or administer. Imagine I bought the car for its everything, including the connectivity features and stuff. This is only a message that dealers and manufacturers should change their approach and attitude when selling EVs.

My car's connectivity license gave issues too after picking it up, but I managed to resolve it by following a few steps from threads on a forum..
  1. Install the latest update.
  2. Restart the head unit.
  3. Connect the app and pair it.
  4. Purchase the Cupra Connect Plus license in the in-car store.
After that, it finally showed as licensed!
