i’m super excited to share some details about the CUPRA Tavascan, CUPRA’s first all-electric SUV coupe set to hit the market . This beauty will offer two power levels, 286PS and a top-tier 340PS AWD version for the speed enthusiasts.

Built on the VW Group’s MEB platform, the Tavascan promises solid range with up to 341 miles on a single charge and some impressive tech. From the futuristic design inspired by the CUPRA XE race car to an interior loaded with tech and ambient lighting, it’s designed to feel both sporty and premium.

A few highlights:
  • Two power options: 286PS RWD or the dual-motor 340PS AWD.
  • Range: Approximately 341 miles, thanks to a 77kWh battery.
  • Modern design: CUPRA’s new signature look, with illuminated logos and sleek lines.
  • Interior tech: A massive 15” infotainment screen, customizable digital cockpit, and sound system by Sennheiser.
Anyone else as intrigued by the Tavascan as I am? What do you all think of CUPRA diving into the EV SUV space with this new design?

Yeah, the CUPRA Tavascan sounds incredible! I hope your are intrigued about the car in a positive way, haha! I wouldn't say I am intrigued by its specs, but the two power options are indeed "something". I like there are manufacturers who put the effort in getting a longer mileage. I mean, 341 miles is pretty impressive.
I can't wait to see how those illuminated logos and sleek lines look in person. I guess we will have to wait until we see them in action.
Recently I read something about the system audio. That's another thing I am curious about.

Yeah, the range is impressive! But what I like the most is they are incorporating Sennheiser's audio tech. I have seen many being enthusiastic about this one. CUPRA is really pushing the boundaries on both performance and luxury.
