Did your Cupra come with mats?

Hey everyone, did your car come with front and rear mats? The dealer mentioned that the car should include them, but they were missing when I picked it up, and I didn’t notice until much later. I’m trying to get them back from the dealership because I don’t want to be shortchanged again.

Funny enough, this isn’t the first time this has happened to me, my previous Focus ST came without the ST logo mats, and the dealer just gave me a cheap set since the real ones were on back order. I could really kick myself for not catching this sooner! Arghhhhh

Yes, it did. Just let them know. I have heard that some dealerships didn't have them at the moment of purchase, and they resold them... I hope this is not the case in your situation.

Thanks for the heads up! I hope it’s just a mix-up rather than anything shady. It’s crazy having to deal with this again.
