I finally got my Cupra app set up as the main user, but I can't see anything. The service section is locked, saying the license expired. It wants me to buy a new one. Has anyone else had this problem

Hey @Zoshi, you don’t need to buy a license for your Cupra Born - it comes with a three-year one! I had trouble activating mine coz the app kept showing everything as deactivated. After a few days of frustration, I toggled off vehicle/usage and send location data, locked and unlocked the car, then turned those back on. Suddenly, the app worked, and my license was valid! It might be worth giving this a shot!

Uhm I think this is a common issue with the Cupra app, where the service section is locked due to an expired license...and it usually requires purchasing a new license to unlock those features. I think you should reach out to Cupra support for assistance.

In the car’s menu, there’s a shop section. The only available option for purchase was Connect Plus. They’re offering it for free for a whole year. Then a form popped up, felt like I was filling out an old-school mail order! After completing everything and confirming, the service kicked in within minutes. Btw, did you manage to register as the primary user, @Zoshi?

That's weird! Maybe try logging out and back in? Or uninstalling and reinstalling the app? Sometimes that fixes stuff. If not, yeah, you'll probably have to bug Cupra about it.
