Hi. Just got my new Cupra last week, and I’m absolutely loving it so far, except for one thing: the steering wheel buttons! Ugh, they’re a total nightmare. Seriously, trying to adjust the volume is a total pain!
Anyone else dealing with this? Any tips to make them a bit more responsive?

Congrats...I get what you mean about the steering wheel buttons; they can be annoying, but you can try cleaning the buttons and your fingers to improve responsiveness, and make sure you're pressing them firmly.

You have to be more careful with the touching. Everything should happen in a single fluid motion. It is harder at the beginning, but once you get used to it, you won't have any difficulties again.

The volume buttons threw me off during my test drive until I figured out they don't work like the ID3's, where you press up or down. Instead, you have to swipe in one smooth motion, from down to up or the other way around.

I keep messing with the volume by accident with those buttons on the steering wheel, it's driving me crazy!

You can just tap the volume and temp sliders on the screen, you don't have to drag them all the way.

I completely agree. My son has the same complaint he keeps hitting them while driving, which is a terrible design.
